Compensation: 60/40 Pay Split (Artist/Shop) to start - Pay increases regularly based on performance and how much of your own clientele you bring in (up to 80%) We charge $140-$200 per hour and also By the Sesion or Piede Pricing. Charge what you like for your specific style.

At Aloha Tattoos, we’re more than just a busy shop — we’re a team of talented, down-to-earth artists who love what we do and who we do it with. We leave the drama at the door, focus on creating killer tattoos, and head home to live our lives.

Who We’re Looking For

We have room for one or two artists ready to jump into a steady flow of clients and become part of our crew. Our ideal artists have at least 3 years of experience and can confidently work in one or more of these styles:

  • Black and Grey Realism

  • Full Color

    • New School

    • Realism — or both!)

  • Tribal

  • Geometric

  • Celtic and/or Norse

  • Tiny Tattoos

  • American Traditional

  • Japanese

  • Lettering

We hold high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and craftsmanship. This is a drama-free zone, and we’re not interested in ego trips or rockstar attitudes. We’re family people who love our work — and we’re proud of the vibe we’ve built.

What We Offer

✅ 60/40 Pay Split (Artist/Shop) to start

✅ Steady flow of walk-in traffic, Shop Supplied Appointments and clients provided by the shop. Your clients are always welcome

✅ TIME-Off as needed, and Vacations encouraged.

✅ Pay increases regularly based on performance and how much of your own clientele you bring in (up to 80%

✅ Front desk handles booking, client communication, and scheduling so you can focus on tattooing. you have access to talk to your clients, and you can work closely with the client as suited.

✅ Supplies? We provide the basics, you bring your Machines, needles and Inks; coils or Rotary… we don’t care. Whatever gets the job done.
